No employee in Troy should make more than $100,000. They should not be allowed to work so many hours overtime. It is not safe, healthy or in the best interests of the citizens of Troy. It used to be said that city employees had good retirement and health benefits because they were not payed as highly as those in the private sector. This is no longer true and an adjustment needs to be made to bring them in line with the "real world".
Now you see why the council democrats wanted to cut Mirch's salary. can you imagine he is the 84th highest paid person in the city.
Naturally, these bloggers must stay anonymous, especially the author of blog #2. I wonder who would be so ignorant as to claim that Mirch "is the 84th highest paid person in the city". It doesn't take much imagination to figure it out.
